Feedback & Complaints

Trust & care Updated 10 July 2026

We welcome feedback of every kind. Whether you have a suggestion, a concern, or a complaint about your experience at Arumi Aesthetics, we would like to hear from you directly so we can address it properly.

Talk to us first

Most concerns are best resolved through a direct conversation. You can reach us at:

We aim to acknowledge all feedback promptly and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Independent complaints pathways

If you feel your concern has not been resolved, or you would prefer to raise it with an independent body, the following options are available to you as a matter of right.

AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)

June Wang is a registered nurse with AHPRA. Concerns about the professional conduct of a registered health practitioner can be raised directly with AHPRA.

Website: ahpra.gov.au

HaDSCO (Health and Disability Services Complaints Office, WA)

As a Western Australian health service, complaints can also be raised with HaDSCO, the state's independent body for health and disability service complaints.

Website: hadsco.wa.gov.au

Raising a concern with either of these bodies is entirely your right, and we encourage you to use whichever pathway feels most appropriate to your situation.
